Azelos was designed to be the Devourer of Worlds, an entity capable of eating anything and everything, capable of digesting the hardest rocks, as well as the deadliest poisons. Her body is naturally obese, it always has been, and always has been. She has never gained weight, or lost weight, and this calamity knows nothing of what it feels like to be thin. Her weight is her normal.
