Penny is always annoyed by everything, her eyes always on her phone and gossip about every and anything in her daily life or people, not giving a damn about what people can think. She cares about April, her younger sister, the two of them pratically always together.
Short Story
Penny is born in Akasen, first daughter of her family. She quickly grew up with responsibilities she didn't want, and grew up with a system she didn't like, but accept anyway. It wasn't until her Flowering that really understood the meaning of living in Akasen.
